Like Mr.Mwenda stated, no one can do something which causes changes for Africans. Africans need will for reform. They can not be the continent needed charity forever. It is obviously true that nationalism in Africa apparently appeared nowadays with much democratic countries in Africa. Corruption is not equal to Africa. Lots of people have prejudice. However, new wave of continent came slowly. And, It is getting the Africa of Opportunities. Things are changing. Ms. Okonjo said that the best way is to help them stand on their own feet. Even in 21th century, people want aids continuously after a catastrophe. The aids for other countries depend on recognition. Haiti's earthquake brought fatal effects on Haiti so does Japan's catastrophe. However, we can easily read the article saying that there is gap of relief fund. The main cause is that people think Japan can stand on their own feet, without a helping hand. As Mr.Kinzer told us, they might not need a vital helping hand. The only thing we can help is let them know that they can stand on their own feet.
