Reference #1- How the Civil war changed America?
Objective reason : Why did the American Civil War started? 

1. a) Which main topic does the artifact relate to? In what ways?

I mainly focused on the part of slavery. Americans had slaves for their progress. The efforts can conclude for building the modern economy. They needed workers for following their technologies. For faster development, the slaves were just part of their means to develop their country. In that sense, the efforts of slavers can be concluded as the building better country.( Building Modern economy).
b) Which other main topics does it also relate to?
This idea pages are mainly about the Civil war. That's why there is the part of Lincoln. And that shows how big his significance was. He was the most powerful man during that period. His significance was, in a word, dominant. Not only that, but the slavery are all related to Class consciousness. The reason why the War started is also related to slavery.(discrimination)
It may be still remained.

2. Why did you choose this artifact, and how much time did you spend creating and or processing it?
I chose this artifact because I thought the Civil War and the perspectives of Lincoln can show the best American Dream. Through the war, what on earth did he want to accomplish? I wanted to find that after organizing my Idea pages. I mainly wanted to feel my thinking. I spent almost 2 hours to organize and think. You may think that I spent not less time to create this artifact. However, I found that what I tried to learn through this artifact.

3. What insights and understanding have you gained from the creation and/or processing of this artifact?
I wanted to understand the perspectives of Lincoln. What does he want to accomplish through the war? Why does he want to abolish the slavery? What I think is that he wanted to accomplish the national consciousness of Americans be equal. First of all, Nouth part was more affluent relatively. And, they tried to develop materially through their industry. That caused two classes. For equality, Lincoln accomplished the national consciousness of Americans be equal.

4. Does this artifact reflect your best work and/or ideas? Why, or why not?
That is true that I tried to organize neatly. However, it would be better if I think on the other perspectives. What does the Civil War give to the country America? And did it reasonable for us to respect him?

It was interesting, however, when I wrote reflection part about number 4, I feel the lack of better organization.
c)Impact on your learning 5 - these are all about the Civil War!
d)Level of creativity and originality 2 I don't think i create very well. Everyone wrote the Idea pages.
