Purpose
1. Why does this document exist? This document is about the employment of children factories and concern among some elements of society.(primary source about child labor)
2.Why did the author create this piece of work? What is the intent? The author let the reader know about the reality during the industrial revolution.
3. Why did the author choose this particular format? By writing the reality related the industrial revolution, we could notice how cruel they were treated.
4. Who is the intended audience? Who was the author thinking would receive this? The author was thinking the owner would receive this. So, i think that's why he put reality cold.5. What does the document “say”? By relating to the industrial revolution, the author said about the labor that the children had to do at that time in London. So, we could notice how serious that was.
